The authors must prepare their papers either in Persian (Farsi) or English language. The papers must be presented in the same language at the conference.

All papers must be prepared according to the below templates. Paper must contain the name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s).

Accepted papers for poster must be prepared according to the below poster template.

Author must pursue the following steps to submit a paper for the conference: (Please do not use the browser “back” button at any time of the process)
1- Author should sign up for an account on the website. Author must click on the “Submit Paper” button, shown in the profile, to start the submission process.
2- The paper must conform to the template of the conference. It is the author’s responsibility to ensure the paper matches the rules prior to submission.
3- “Paper Template” can be downloaded by clicking on the “Guide for Authors” link.
4- Subsequently, author must fill out the “Full title”, “Abstract”, and “Keywords” boxes. Abstract must not exceed 150 words. Author can proceed to the next step by clicking on the “Next” button.
5- In this step, author should provide the information of the additional authors who collaborate in the paper. In case the submitter is not the corresponding author, the corresponding author must be indicated by checking the associated box. Author will proceed to the next step by clicking on the “Next” button.
6-In this step, Authors should choose one of the dropdown menu subjects for their paper. They can also type papers' subjects in the second blank if they cannot find the appropiate subject in the first menu.
7- Any comment for the editorial office can be added in this step. Note that comments will not appear in the paper.
9- This is the uploading step. The full paper file must be uploaded. Author must click on the “Attach File” button, otherwise the paper will not be uploaded.
10- In the final step, the system will show a summary of the paper, authors information, and uploaded file(s). If any correction or editing is required, author can click on the “Previous” button and edit the information. Note that paper will only be submitted after clicking on the “Submit” button.
11- After successful submission, a message will appear on the website showing the tracking code. Authors can track their application only by using this code.
